Synaptics is a leading manufacturer of touch screen technology. To position Synaptics as the leader in that space, we set out to upgrade their trade show presence with something different: The Touch-Kiosk.
The Touch-Kiosk is a low-friction way for prospects to interact with the brand and explore Synaptics’ product line by simply ‘touching’ each piece. And the best part? User activity data is gathered on the spot at the trade show.
Synaptics creates gesture-based touch interfaces. The kiosk interface would echo the same set of touch gestures, such as tap, click and drag.
Choosing either “laptop” or “mobile” from the initial view will take the user to an expanded view, where the products fills the stage. Prospects can rotate and expand each product, evoking deeper information and streaming video demos of each device.
